Position: Sales Administrative Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor Degree Holder
*With experience in the same role
*Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage
*Capable of working onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Carrying out administrative activities such as entering orders into the corporate system and ensuring that all orders are processed in accordance with the customer's delivery specifications.
*Coordinate with the customer and the factory on the delivery timetable.
*Store and sort financial documents such as accounts payable, receivable, credit/debit notes, and payment details in the system before presenting them to the accounts department.
*Maintain a product price master list in the system.
*Assist sales associates in following up with consumers about inquiries, orders, revisions, and complaints.
*Handling all documents and processing for the bank.
*On-time filing of the sales report on the last day of the month.
*General affairs assistance
*Reporting to the General Manager
