- To help, Associate architect and Planning and Design Head for ongoing project stages and upcoming projects
- Planning and Designing involvement from Pre-Design Stage to Construction Stage .
- Review and analyze drawing plans and work process from Design Consultant.
- Oversee project from inception to completion with commitment to high quality standards.
- Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings and detailing.
- Prepares detailed presentation.
- Coordinate all Architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of the project drawings and materials as well as execute detailed work progress.
- Liaise with business units, consultants.
- Deals with all levels of the organization and with various project teams.
- Coordinated & developed CAD drawings from input provided by A/E Team & Owners.
- Coordinated with Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the constructability and effectiveness of the Designs.
- Developed & prepared progress reports outlining the various phases of the projects from design to construction.
- Assisted and coordinated the project's activities and the tasks of the Lead Architect.
- Drafted and produced Construction Documents for new and existing Residential Projects
- Draft plans and detailed drawings used for structures, installations, or other construction projects.
- Review and revise rough sketches, drawings, designs, specifications, and other relevant data given by civil engineers to ensure that they apply and conform to design concepts.
- Assist in the preparation of Concept Development for prospective properties for acquisition.
- Design management for Architecture, Engineering and other allied Services.
- Technical coordination during planning and construction.
- Thorough review of plans, site inspections and preparation of report for the findings
- Candidate must be from Architectural Firm/Design Consultant Firm.
- With experience minimum 2-3 years solid experience.
- With experience in architectural and civil works for residential and/or property real estate.
- Proficient in Autocad, Knowledge in the preparation of Computer-Aided 3D Perspectives (3D Max, Sketch-up and other rendering software, with knowledge on REVIT and BIM software is an advantage.
- Must be keen to details and Designing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with various project teams.
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
