The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery Auto, Lynk & Co , BAIC vehicle & Mutt Motorcycle here in the Philippines is looking for Assistant Parts Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contributes to the monthly attainment of parts wholesales targets, order fill rates, inventory accuracy by strict monitoring of daily operations. Conducts periodic audit to detect erroneous transactions & implement safeguard & measures
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring of daily dealer & internal parts, ensuring ample parts supply
• Accurate status of dealer back orders & provide status or resolution to serve the bask order, monitoring of parts back orders from the manufacturer
• Able to translate parts into part numbers to advise correct part number
• Knowledge in COS usage - inventory, dealer order processing, parts sales reports. parts movement analysis
• Ability to prepare parts order history from the COS as basis for suggested parts

& quantity to be ordered monthly. Coordinates with Parts Salesman & Warehouse OIC

• Analyze result of spot checking activity to verify COS accuracy (ie. location and quantity) scheduled every Saturday, ability to reconcile discrepancies from physical counts
• Monitoring of parts warehouse parts orderliness, cleanliness & safety
• Analyzes dealer monthly reports (Inventory & MAD) and be able to recommend & advise dealers on parts inventory
• Implements ISO & company policies & procedures

COMPETENCIES:
Experience

• At least 4 years work experience in a supervisory level in a supervisory level in an automotive or spare parts business, experience with a top automotive brand is a plus

Knowledge

• Computer literate, able to operate inventory system or dealer management system, able to translate parts using an electronic parts catalog

Skills

• Good organizational & people skills

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
