AU Executive Assistant

Bachelor’s Degree (preferable but not essential)
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Providing diary and ad hoc email management
- Communicate regularly and effectively with Senior Management and Clients
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and speaking engagements
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Complex international travel arrangements including group bookings, connecting flights and accommodation
- Booking restaurant and event venues
- Travel expense or expense report management
- Manage contact lists
- Prepare and keep documentation/files organised and accessible
- Perform market research and create presentations, as assigned
- Provide general administrative support and address team administrative queries
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Work with team to coordinate projects
- Track and remind team of deliverables/goals
- 3 years proven experience as a personal assistant or an equivalent role
- At least 2 years working as a virtual assistant (not in the same location as the executive you assist)
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, communication tools (e.g. Canva, Google Suite, Slack, Whatsapp, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong attention to detail (able to proofread a document for typing errors)
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organisational skills
- Committed, self starter with a willingness to evolve in the role
- Work well independently, as well as in a team
- Use initiative to complete tasks (ask questions, research, seek assistance)
- Willing to provide support after office hours and on weekends, if needed
- Comfortable working flexibly and dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to progress tasks professionally with limited direction
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday I Thursday is Work-From-Home) - Shifts starts at 6:00AM to 3:00PM (PH Time)

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
