JOB REQUIREMENT:
Open for Non-Bachelors Degree.
Has 2-3 years work experience in BPO Industry.
Has experience as Customer Service.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
Willing to attend onsite Interview and Assestment.
Amenable to be train on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in for providing good service to the clients of commercial banking.
Direct contact to all clients regarding the maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories
Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue.
Other task as assigned
