Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring, training, retaining, and developing their respective team members.
- Responsible to lead the effective and profitable results for their team.
- Administers company policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures to facilitate performance that exceeds client expectations.
- Provides the thought leadership and innovation necessary for continuous improvement while ensuring a positive work environment.
- Active role model demonstrating pride and ownership as a leader of the organization.
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader, Team Manager, or Operations Supervisor in the BPO set up.
- A Financial or Financial Tech (Fin Tech) Account experience as a Team Lead is an advantage.
- A Technical / IT / or Technology Account experience as a Team Lead is an advantage.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership, oral, written, presentation, and analytical skills at the supervisory level.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to identify and promote continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand and execute policies and procedures.
- Based in or willing to work onsite in Davao City.
- Based in neighboring regions (CEBU, MINDANAO) and willing to relocate to Davao City.
- At least 2nd year college (HS Graduate Old curriculum) OR;
- Bachelor's Degree from any specialty.

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Shift system
- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Did you finish 2 years in college (or equivalent) with no back subjects? Write N/A for degree holders.
- Okay with working onsite under a graveyard and/or shifting schedule?

- Operations Team Lead/Team Manager/Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
