- Ensure efficiency and profitability of the branch office within the company guidelines.
- Meet branch annual sales quota.
- Constantly aware of market situation, in terms of competitions, market and other factor that may affect the success of the company and to report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager on these activities.
- To actively encourage and motivate personnel to achieve their best effort.
- To ensure that the expenditures of the company are kept within the company limits.
- To review the status of accounts receivables.
- To resolve all discrepancies in the accounts receivables for all unpaid accounts and submit non-compliance report from form for all unresolved items such as discrepancies in the purchase order, closure of the customer.
- To review stocks inventory and request items from head office carefully.
- Fully accountable for assets maintained in branch office to include stocks inventory and all assets of the company.
- Responsible for approving credit approval on the sales invoice.
- Supervise the Sales Representatives and ensure that no customer account is lost and all meet sales quota.
- Submit the required documentations to Head Office.
- To review carefully the disbursement voucher made by the company.
- Review the expense report submitted for liquidation of Expense for business Purpose.
- To ensure proper and effective implementation of the organization’s quality management system within the branch office.
- To implement corrective and preventive action(s), when necessary and to ensure that follow up is carried out to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective action in the branch office.
- To handle other matters that may be assigned by the Regional Sales Manager from time to time.
- Must possess a degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field is an advantage.
- Has people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Has time management and promotes pro-active environment in the workplace.
- Amenable to work in CDO.
- Can start ASAP!
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
