About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the implementation of various business software solutions, assisting with project management, system configuration, and client support. You will work closely with our software specialist, taking over delegated tasks and ensuring that project milestones are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Projectworks, Work Guru, Unleashed, and Xero software solutions.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software configurations.
• Manipulate and analyse data using Excel to support software implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after the implementation process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices related to the software solutions we implement.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting Knowledge:** A solid understanding of accounting principles is essential for this role.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues during implementation.
• Excel Proficiency:** Experience in manipulating and analysing data using Excel.
• Technological Aptitude:** Willingness to learn new software tools and technologies.
• Team Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively as part of a small team and independently.
• Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Preferably experienced with Projectworks, Work Guru, Unleashed, and/or Xero is an advantage but not required.
• Preferably with previous experience in software implementation or project management.
