Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the promotion and sales of our industrial-sized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with clients and ensure our marketing strategies effectively meet their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
• Promote and sell HVAC equipment to commercial accounts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Support solutions and designs tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Prioritize prospective clients based on potential sales volume, profitability, and time considerations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to establish a loyal customer network for market growth.
• Supervise and organize bid preparation, ensuring the accuracy of bid costing.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals based on technical specifications and project requirements.
• Assess installation costs, including labor, to submit competitive bids for projects.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic marketing and client engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Proven work experience in marketing, particularly in sales-driven environments.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
