Captain Waiter is responsible for managing and leading a team of waiters and servers. They ensure that the staff is working efficiently and maintaining the high standards of service required by the establishment.

• Train new waitstaff, refresh existing staff on procedures, and ensure all team members are familiar with the restaurant’s menu, service protocols, and etiquette.
• Assigns specific duties to each team member, ensuring the dining area is well-managed and service runs smoothly.
• Observes staff performance and provides feedback to improve service quality. They may address issues like tardiness, guest complaints, or performance discrepancies.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring they are seated properly. They ensure that guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
• Act as the point of contact for any complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests.
• Deal with guests' special needs or dietary restrictions and ensure the kitchen staff is aware of these requests.

Requirements
Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management
Experience(s): Two (2) years work-related experience

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
