Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coaching and Continuous Improvement Analyst. As an Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting and implementing coaching programs, conducting performance analysis, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:

Ability to keenly observe coaching sessions, interactions, and documented evidence
Capacity to analyze and interpret observed behaviors against predefined criteria
Awareness of ethical standards in evaluating coaching effectiveness and handling confidential information appropriately
Skill in gathering and considering input from various stakeholders (coaches, peers, supervisors) to provide a comprehensive assessment
Willingness to provide recommendations for ongoing development and improvement of coaching practices based on assessment findings
Clear and concise communication to provide feedback and justify ratings effectively
Previous experience as a coach or in a coaching-related role provides firsthand understanding of coaching principles, techniques, and best practices
Strong analytical skills to assess coaching interactions objectively and observational skills to accurately evaluate coaching sessions and behaviors
Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including coachees, peers, and supervisors, to gather feedback and ensure a holistic assessment
Capability to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing coaching effectiveness
Review and analyze quality results to identify development areas
Propose action plans based on findings on coaching for improvement and assist implementation in collaboration with Operations
Assisting Operations in identifying training needs for the agents and process level issues that can help improve performance
Spearhead, embody and be a role model in facilitating coaching sessions following the GROW coaching methodology to support stakeholder discussions and decision-making
Coordinate all process improvement initiatives.

Work Setup:

Amenable to work in all TCAP sites since they will need to do SBS, coaching and upskilling activities to all TCAP team leaders.
