DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform detail analysis of complex business process requirements of the clients, identify gaps and issues and recommend solutions to meet clients’ needs.
-Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; proposes necessary mitigation or work around processes to maximize the Sunfish functionality and satisfy clients' needs.
-Gap analysis, requirement definition and translation into functional and technical software requirements.
-Summarize the assessment notes and solution definition reports
-Configure client’s business process requirement
-Conduct process integration testing, user acceptance testing of the end-to-end modules with the Client’s HR/IT/Finance Team
-Anchor software implementation roll-out programs, through various phases such as User acceptance testing, End User training, data migration and cut-over
-Conduct Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
-Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
-Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements to Sunfish Data On team
-Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
-Compliance to basic project management task, i.e. RAIL, RACI, CRF project documentation or lead a medium to large size of the project.
