Creator Growth Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and recruit talented content creators across various platforms (Facebook, X, Tiktok, You Tube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Cultivate relationships with potential creators, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of collaborating with our platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to leverage existing networks and explore new avenues for creator outreach.
  • Create an efficient onboarding process to guide new content creators through platform integration, monetization options, and community engagement tools.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in content creator management, influencer marketing, or community development, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital content platforms and trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging creators and formats.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse content creator communities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, able to derive insights and drive decisions.
  • Basketball, e Games and other sports industry content or creator management experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
