About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with subscription management, and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their experience with Silk + Sonder. You will also handle occasional administrative tasks as needed.

What you’ll do

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries, providing clear and effective solutions.
Assist customers with managing their subscriptions, including modifications, cancellations, and renewals.
Offer personalized recommendations to help customers maximize their use of our products and achieve their personal goals.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, updating customer information, and other support functions as required.
Collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the e-commerce or subscription-based industry.
Proficiency in Shopify, Recharge, and Gorgias is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
User-Centric: Deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding customer needs.
Excellent Communicator: Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Punctual: Reliable and consistently punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Fast Learner: Quick to adapt and learn new systems and processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Organized: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
