Customer relations provides guidance to managers and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
•Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively;
•Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes;
•dentify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
•Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them;
•Approach potential customers to establish relationships;
•Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts;
•Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team;
•Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Customer Relations Requirements
•Problem-solving attitude;
•Experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
•Excellent communication skills;
•Aptitude for fostering positive relationships;
•Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices;
•Teamwork and leadership skills;
•Customer-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,877.50 per month
