About the Role
We are looking for exceptional talent to join our passionate and innovative Service Delivery team as a Customer Service Desk Agent. Be part of our team and help shape the future of resale and retail!


What you’ll do

• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing, logistics, and first-line support solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Perform data entry across various platforms.
• Think creatively and suggest improvements that benefit the team.
• Respond to customer inquiries on a wide range of topics.
• Handle escalations and empathize with irate customers to pacify their concerns.
• Assign or reassign cases to other departments based on the nature of the query.
• Liaise with different departments to resolve customer issues.

What You Bring

• Experience in Service Desk or Customer Service roles.
• Understanding of the retail industry.
• Proficiency with Service Desk software.
• Graduate degree or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
