About the Role
We are looking for exceptional talent to join our passionate and innovative Service Delivery team as a Customer Service Desk Agent. Be part of our team and help shape the future of resale and retail!

What you’ll do

Communicate with customers via email and phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing, logistics, and first-line support solutions.
Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Perform data entry across various platforms.
Think creatively and suggest improvements that benefit the team.
Respond to customer inquiries on a wide range of topics.
Handle escalations and empathize with irate customers to pacify their concerns.
Assign or reassign cases to other departments based on the nature of the query.
Liaise with different departments to resolve customer issues.

What You Bring

Experience in Service Desk or Customer Service roles.
Understanding of the retail industry.
Proficiency with Service Desk software.
Graduate degree or equivalent education.
At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
