Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries to provide information and assistance
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
