Job Description:
As a Retail Account Call Center Agent, you will be the frontline support for customers of a retail brand, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and service requests. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers whether they're purchasing online or in-store. Your role involves handling a range of customer interactions including product inquiries, order tracking, returns, billing concerns, and general account assistance.
