Customer Service Representative (Mandaue)

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and or emails from US mortgage services.
- Provide professional and courteous service, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must have at least completed Senior High School (SHS), be a college level, or a college graduate.
- With or without experience in a BPO setting.
- Willing to work onsite in Banilad, Mandaue City.
- Ability to work in US hours (night shift).
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- For applicants with no experience, salary package is up to PHP 21,000.
- For applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience, salary package ranges from PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000.
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
