Customer Service Representative (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Search and Verification:
o Create Mobile Home Park Data List
o Conduct thorough data searches with the ability to locate and catalog
information on specific properties, businesses and people
o Input and update owner information accurately and regularly
o Record and maintain accurate owner information in our database
spreadsheet
2. Cold Calling and Mailers:
o Conduct cold calls to potential mobile home park owners to establish
initial contact and gather information.
o Prepare and send mailers to targeted owners to generate leads and
opportunities.
3. Market Analysis:
o Analyze market trends, demographic data, and economic indicators to
assess market viability.
o Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment
opportunities.
o Perform rent comparisons for all existing properties and new markets.
o Compile and analyze data to provide actionable insights for the
acquisitions team
4. Due Diligence Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the due diligence team to collect and review property#specific data.
o Ensure all required documents and information are gathered and
organized.
o Call/Email county and city offices to confirm zoning, utility, government,
tax, and other relevant information.
o Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements
o Coordinate with legal, financial, and environmental experts to ensure all
aspects of due diligence are completed accurately and efficiently.

5. Administrative Support:
o Convert PDFs to spreadsheets and manually enter data as required.
o Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
6. Reporting:
o Prepare regular reports summarizing findings, trends, and potential
opportunities.
o Present data in a clear and concise manner for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or acquisitions.
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools with ability to locate and catalog information on specific properties, businesses and people
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling and direct mail campaigns is highly desirable.
