Responsibilities:
- Support various Business Development (BD) and Marketing initiatives
- Must understand how to keep information up to date in a CRM which includes uploading and exporting information to/from the CRM

Assist with conference attendance and BD trips
- Upload information matching up with the CRM
- Support outreach and follow-up for meetings over conference systems and email

Assist with webinars and other Marketing events
- Create CRM distributions, track RSVPs, send follow-up confirmation emails
- CRM uploads
- Bio Break data entry and management
- Data clean-up to maintain integrity in the CRM
- Provide coverage for Executive Assistants in a business development capacity, as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in an admin role with heavy IT utilization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong IT problem solving ability to understand how CRMs work
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Prior experience with and usage of Power BI is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours
