Responsibilities:
  • Support various Business Development (BD) and Marketing initiatives
  • Must understand how to keep information up to date in a CRM which includes uploading and exporting information to/from the CRM
  • Assist with conference attendance and BD trips
    • Upload information matching up with the CRM
    • Support outreach and follow-up for meetings over conference systems and email
  • Assist with webinars and other Marketing events
    • Create CRM distributions, track RSVPs, send follow-up confirmation emails
    • CRM uploads
    • Bio Break data entry and management
  • Data clean-up to maintain integrity in the CRM
  • Provide coverage for Executive Assistants in a business development capacity, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in an admin role with heavy IT utilization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong IT problem solving ability to understand how CRMs work
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Prior experience with and usage of Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours
