Responsibilities:

Support various Business Development (BD) and Marketing initiatives
Must understand how to keep information up to date in a CRM which includes uploading and exporting information to/from the CRM
Assist with conference attendance and BD trips
- Upload information matching up with the CRM
- Support outreach and follow-up for meetings over conference systems and email
Assist with webinars and other Marketing events
- Create CRM distributions, track RSVPs, send follow-up confirmation emails
- CRM uploads
- Bio Break data entry and management
Data clean-up to maintain integrity in the CRM
Provide coverage for Executive Assistants in a business development capacity, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in an admin role with heavy IT utilization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong IT problem solving ability to understand how CRMs work
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Prior experience with and usage of Power BI is a plus
Excellent written communication skills
Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours
