Fair Trade Outsourcing™ (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company and fair trade outsourcing center that provides impact sourcing work for companies worldwide.
Our main office is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a global network of delivery centers in the Philippines, Mexico, and Ghana.
In the Philippines, we already have four centers with more than a hundred employees in each site.

The Role:

Requirements

• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Junior Level EP

Key responsibilities

• Work within the account’s AI platform to verify compliance within the real estate and insurance markets

• Verify COI components ie. Additionally Insured and policy activity

• Flag unsatisfied requirements and escalate to the account’s management

• Support Gmail inbox where applicable

• Communicate with internal account’s team via email

• Location: 6th Floor, One Lorton Building, Ledesma St. Iloilo City
