• Capturing and documenting screenshots of digital ad campaigns.
• Reporting missing creatives.
• Conducting creative testing and trafficking for standard display, rich media, and video assets (both first-party and third-party hosted).
• Delivering advertiser campaign reports and ensuring successful campaign execution.

• Effective time management to meet requests from internal stakeholders within tight time frames.
• Client service-focused with clear and concise communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital, marketing, ad operations, media sales, or project management.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or Finance.
• Experience in digital advertising operations.
• Familiarity with Sizmek, DBM, Innovid, and Bonzai tags.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP).
• Understanding of ad serving, analytics, optimization technologies, and the digital media industry.
• Experience with video advertising and related metrics/reporting.
