Job Requirements:
● Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their digital needs, goals, and expectations, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
● Campaign Strategy and Execution: Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC) to meet client objectives, while optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
● Project Coordination: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
● Performance Reporting: Analyzing campaign metrics and creating detailed performance reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future strategies and achieve better outcomes.
Budget Management: Managing client budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately across different digital activities, and tracking spending to stay within financial limits.
Job Responsibilities:
● Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience managing campaigns across platforms like social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO.
● Client Management and Communication: Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding needs, and delivering exceptional service.
● Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital analytics tools and familiarity with marketing technologies and best practices.
● Project and Budget Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage budgets effectively.
● Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced digital landscape.
