Who are we looking for:
As a Digital Marketing Supervisor , you are expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives, optimize campaigns, and drive brand awareness and engagement across various digital channels.

• Helps manage company social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Linked In, and other relevant platform
• Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Knowledgeable in optimizing content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
• Coordinates with MD team and other departments for the in-store and digital application of promotions and other Marketing activities
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
• Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
• Works with marketing and third party social media team to coordinate campaigns requiring social media strategy
• Knowledgeable in website development and design
• Helps update the website content
• Writes copy/name studies for in-store materials
• Works with other departments for adhoc requirement
• Liaises, reviews articles with SMIC for press releases

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree of Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism or in a related field.
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and optimizations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Willing to be assigned in: PASAY CITY
