Qualifications and Job Description:
•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Accounting Technology / Banking and Finance / related course
•Proven two (2) years of work experience as a Document Controller or similar role (preferably in the field of Construction)
•Prepare project material request, monitor and review project budgets to ensure that the project costs are within the budget.
•Monitor and prepare monthly progress billing and manage Accounts Receivable for the Project
•Collaborate and support the Project Managers, Project Controller and other project team to support documents required and to develop financial plans.
•Monitor & process application of Bonds/Insurance/CARI for all the projects.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and project contracts
•Document financial actions by entering account information for future reference
•Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet programs to manage and analyze financial data
•Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines for each project
•Excellent communication skills to effectively with project teams & management and dealing with client inquiries and concerns about the project cost & billing
•Problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies in financial data and resolve financial issues that may arise during the project
•Analytical skills to evaluate project costs and profitability, anticipate financial risks, and make informed decisions
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
