Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years in e-commerce, online retail, or a related administrative role.
Strong written English skills, ensuring clear and effective communication in all forms of correspondence.
Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Woo Commerce, along with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business performance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive problem-solving approach. Easy-going, open-minded, eager to learn, and dedicated to being helpful and supportive.
Must present portfolios that showcase a strong background in e-commerce.
Candidates with a history of frequent job changes (less than 6-10 months per employer) are discouraged from applying and will not be interviewed.

Core responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless management of product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives and social media promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer preferences, informing product offerings and strategies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries of products.
