We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to our Deputy Head of Business Support and senior management, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate environment
• Proven track record of managing executive-level schedules and providing comprehensive support to senior management.
• Experience in project coordination and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Office Suite (MS/Google WS) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• High level of professionalism and secretion when handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
