About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating international travel, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring the smooth running of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's complex schedule and travel arrangements
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI tools
• Excellent communication skills in English (Tagalog/Korean a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
