As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team and support our mission with strong financial practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including budgets, income statements, and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards for the industry.
- Process financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile financial statements with sales data from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
- Provide support to the external audit agency during internal audit procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) relevant to the food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices for financial transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within the finance team.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
