Job Description

• Responsible for devising and implementing overall Franchise program and relations.
• Develop and improve Franchise agreements, terms, contracts, and other related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to potential and current franchisees.
• Ensures the alignment of branding, marketing, and procedures of franchisees to the branding and goals of the company.
• Conduct research regarding the franchise industry and to develop strategic plans to grow the franchise business.
• Conduct feasibility study (e.g. location analysis, profit & loss assessment, competitor analysis) for renting/ acquisition of new establishments.
• Management of all necessary regulatory matters/correspondence for Store Branch Expansion and Franchising.
• Handle communications, concerns and queries from potential and current franchisees.
• Coordinate with different departments such as Construction, Marketing, Human Resource and Training and development for update for franchisees.

Job Qualification

• Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of any Business, Sales or Marketing related courses.
• Must have experience in Site selection and store/site network development, property purchase, franchising for at least 4 year and up
• Must have a background in service and/or food beverage restaurants or convenience store retailing industries.
• Must be good in Negotiation
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Availability to work in an on-call setup.

Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
