- Achieve sales and operational goals, align with the headquarters's annual operational KPI plan.
- Implement the month, quarterly, and annual work plans and ensure goal attainment.
- Cost management: Implement the cost target set in accordance with the headquarters annual operational KPI plan including material wastage, miscellaneous expenses, budgeting and control of labor costs.
- Safety and security: Responsible for overseeing and managing internal control security, revenue fund security, food safety, and fire and theft prevention within the supervised area's stores.
- 3-5 years of operational experience in a chain coffee company, strong sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
