Marketing Admin Associate

Job Summary
The Marketing Admin Associate will provide essential support to the marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments and franchisees, and assisting in marketing campaigns, events, and store openings. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication between the marketing department and other stakeholders, including franchisees and store teams, while also managing important paperwork and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Point of Contact for Marketing Requests
  • Act as the primary point person for requests from other departments and franchisees regarding marketing-related needs.
  • Assign franchisee requests to the appropriate marketing team member and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
2. Administrative Support
  • Assist the marketing team in various administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing purchase and payment requests, and managing office-related paperwork.
  • Handle coordination for purchasing requests and payments with the relevant departments, ensuring all documentation is properly processed.
3. Campaign Coordination and Store Communication
  • Coordinate with stores to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with store teams regarding campaign rollouts, event preparation, and execution plans.
4. Event and Store Opening Assistance
  • Support the marketing team in fieldwork, particularly during the preparation and execution of store openings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in event logistics, on-site coordination, and material distribution.
5. Online Inquiry Support
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to online inquiries regarding promotions, events, and general customer inquiries on social media platforms.
6. General Marketing Support
  • Support the team with other marketing-related activities, including research, documentation, and preparation for campaigns or events.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Skills:
○ Strong organizational and time management skills.
○ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
○ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)/Google Suite.
○ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
○ Familiarity with digital communication tools.

Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
