- Relevant Experience**: Highly experienced in customer service with a proven track record in handling inquiries via email, live chat, Whats App, SMS, voice, and social media.
- Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using multiple screens, good typing skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Experience with platforms like Shopify, Recharge, and Google Suite is a plus.
- Strong Communication**: Excellent phone and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Upselling & Retention**: Demonstrated success in upselling products and retaining customers.
- Professionalism**: Maintains a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
- Remote Experience**: Experience working in a remote environment is required.
- Teamwork**: Open to feedback and effective in a collaborative remote setting.
- Brand Knowledge**: Knowledge of Lashify and our products is a huge plus.
