Description
Concierge increases your customer lifetime value by increasing retention. Our concierge will be engaging in conversations with shoppers about their upcoming orders to ensure that they get the customer experience.

The concierge selected for this role will be reaching out to customers via emails to begin with, however, the long-term goal is to venture into SMS and even voice support. The concierge is expected to go above and beyond to ensure the customer gets the best experience and strategize with the team coach and CSM to optimize processes to yield the best results. The main goal is to ensure that we increase customer lifetime value by increasing retention.

Requirements
Preferred Specialist:
  • Relevant Experience**: Highly experienced in customer service with a proven track record in handling inquiries via email, live chat, Whats App, SMS, voice, and social media.
  • Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using multiple screens, good typing skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Experience with platforms like Shopify, Recharge, and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Strong Communication**: Excellent phone and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
Problem-Solving**: Ability to tackle complex scenarios with creative solutions.
  • Upselling & Retention**: Demonstrated success in upselling products and retaining customers.
- Organization**: Strong follow-up, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism**: Maintains a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Remote Experience**: Experience working in a remote environment is required.
  • Teamwork**: Open to feedback and effective in a collaborative remote setting.
  • Brand Knowledge**: Knowledge of Lashify and our products is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
Concierge increase Customer's Lifetime Value by increasing retention. Our concierge will be engaging in conversations with shoppers about their upcoming orders to ensure that they get the best customer experience. Customers may ask about pricing, skipping or canceling their subscription, editing selections, along with other questions regarding their subscription. The concierge will be communicating via various channels and is expected to:
Reach out to customers about their upcoming orders via different channels (Emails, Calls, and SMS) to assist and prevent churn.
Where customers churn, the concierge will gather relevant feedback on why they don't wish to continue their services
Keep track of their success and strategize with the team to improve their work

Must have:

***JOB FIT (Required)***:
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
  • Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
  • Must have a history of good attendance.
NOTE: The training period is 8 hours a day throughout the training duration
