About this role…
Join our 7-week Accelerator Program, designed with the AB2 Institute of Accounting, for accountants in the Philippines ready to break into international accounting. This intensive program covers everything from foundational bookkeeping to advanced US tax preparation, and certifies you in Quick Books and Xero, two of the industry’s leading software tools. Upon completing the program, graduates gain direct client endorsement across North America, along with a salary increase upon placement.
About you …

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and advanced skills in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

What you need to know ….

• Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone), 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time
• Location: Cebu
• Work arrangement: Full-time Onsite
• Start Date: January 06, 2025

Salary:

• Training Salary: Php 34,500 / Monthly
• Allowance: Php 4, 500 nontaxable and 20% of Night differential pay
• Salary Bump: 10% once hired by a client.
