Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our payroll processes adhere to global regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of international payroll compliance, with experience in managing complex payroll systems and resolving compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain global payroll compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to local and international standards.
Collaborate with local HR and finance teams to address and resolve compliance issues and discrepancies.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of payroll practices to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Stay current with changes in payroll legislation and regulations across different jurisdictions, advising on necessary adjustments.
Provide training and support to payroll staff on compliance matters and best practices.
Prepare and review compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Liaise with external vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with global payroll requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll compliance, preferably in a global context.
Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and tax laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
