- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Business Admin Major in Human Resource Management or any related course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in HR and Admin related duties.
- Have good time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in using major Microsoft systems
HR and Admin Assistant will assist the HR Admin Officer and HR Admin Manager in facilitating the general and daily HR Admin operations of the company relatively to:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Engagement
- Talent Acquisition and Deployment
- Labor Relation
- Training and Development
- Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Preferably with Basic First Aid Training
Contract length: 12 months
