• Payroll Drafting
• Government Mandatory Contributions Preparation and Payments
• Employee Alphalist Preparation
• Facilitate Employee Relations (performance monitoring, disciplinary processes, employee contracts, onboarding-offboarding, orientation)
• Internal and HQ Policies Alignment
• Management of Government Online Accounts
• Admin Tasks Monitoring
• PIC for all HRAD-related concerns
• Channel between management and HRAD staff and employees
• Overseeing Recruitment Process
• Developing Training Programs, Benefits Criteria and Company Events

Job Requirements:

• 5 Years and above proven/managerial experience in HR and Admin Roles
• Knowledgeable in DOLE and other employee-related laws
• Has experience in handling Se NA and NLRC cases
• Good Communication (Oral and Written), Leadership and Decision-making skills
• Knowledgeable in government mandatory benefits
• Knowledgeable in manual payroll
