- Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice is followed in all areas of HR and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
- Expected to conduct interviews for front-liner jobs.
- Conduct on-site visit to establish rapport with front-line business and gain insight into working atmosphere and any labor issue risks.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Explore on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
- Updates the database of applicants which includes the applications' progress.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying, references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers,
- Ability to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to onboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1-year experience working as an HRBP/Generalist, HR Strategy, and strong HR concept and excellent execution in a diversified workplace.
- Strong background in Employee & Labor Relations and Recruitment (Volume Hiring - rank & file).
- Proficient English verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
- Willing to do Business Trips
- Amenable to work on site: Manila.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
