Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice is followed in all areas of HR and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
• Expected to conduct interviews for front-liner jobs.
• Conduct on-site visit to establish rapport with front-line business and gain insight into working atmosphere and any labor issue risks.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
• Explore on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
• Updates the database of applicants which includes the applications' progress.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying, references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers,
• Ability to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience working as an HRBP/Generalist, HR Strategy, and strong HR concept and excellent execution in a diversified workplace.
• Strong background in Employee & Labor Relations and Recruitment (Volume Hiring - rank & file).
• Proficient English verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
• Willing to do Business Trips
• Amenable to work on site: Manila.
