Learning and Development
To plan, manage, oversee the Flash training of all employees across business units, such as inducting new employee into the organization and supporting managers to ensure all core and mandatory training that is essential in their work. These are being done thru:
- Analysis of training needs across business units,
- Design and develop training program and curriculum,
- Conduct of training sessions and organizing training programs, and
- Evaluation of training program effectiveness from reaction to return of investment.
To conduct organizational assessments, developing and implementing strategies, facilitating change management, supporting leadership development, analyzing organization and people data, and making recommendations, and collaborating with other departments.
Performance Management
To develop, implement, and administer programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. To conduct assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors that are required to achieve the organizational goal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology or any related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in Training/Learning & Development
- Proficient in using MS Power Point; Canva is an advantage!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills & Interpersonal Skills
- With strong personality
- Can deal with ambiguity in the workplace.
- Has Integrity, resilience, and tolerance to stress, sound decision-making
- Amenable to work on site: Mc Kinley West, Taguig City
