Customer Service Specialist

1. The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) function is to support and help ways to improve minor and major issues from customers regarding Flash Pay’s payment services for collection and payout via the available channels such as the company’ third party CS system and other available line of communication.
2. Perform strategic routine tasks such as answer to inquiries, problem solutions and provide an above standard customer experience while adhering to company’s work guidelines, policies and regulations.
3. Respond to inquiries and issues from customers within the company’s SLA of response time and resolution time.
4. Coordinate with Operations Team to check and confirm customers or merchants transaction issues and concerns.
5. Respond to customers and merchants inquiries regarding Flash Pay’s payment services for collection and payout.
6. Follow-up documents and information need to submit by merchants and customers in applying for Flash Pay’s payment services for collection and payout .
7. Submit weekly or monthly report as deemed required by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
At least College Graduate.
With experience in customer service.
Amenable to work on-site (Monday - Friday).

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
