• Graduate of BS Psychology, or any related course
• Preferably with at least 1 year related work experience
• Background in Construction industry is advantage but not required
• With basic knowledge in statutory labor rules and processes
• Background in Compensation and Benefits
• Self-starter, fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Bugallon, Pangasinan project site
• Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
