1. Maintain and develop HR data base (documents, templates, policies and likes) to insure compliance.
2. Proactively raises opportunities and solutions to improved HR delivery model for employee relations.
3. Facilitate Employee Discipline.
a. Review and make necessary recommendation related to employee discipline.
b. Preparation of Notice to Explain base on the received reports/violations on company rules and regulations.
c. Conduct investigation and make recommendation of employees sanctions based on the established company code of discipline.
d. Issuance of disciplinary action to erring employee/s.
4. Conducts investigations that protects the interests of all parties involved, collaborating with HR and Legal Teams as needed.
5. Participates in training and consultation on employee relations and compliance related topics, policies and procedures.
6. Helps prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.
7. Monitor and update reports related to issuance of disciplinary action.
8. Maintain employee disciplinary records on respective 201 file and HRIS System.
9. Review, recommend and make necessary update on Employee Discipline and other ER/IR related regulations.
10. Responsible in the facilitation of different company related activities to ensure employees’ active engagement and participation that will enhance / promotes better employee-employer relationship.
a. Active involvement in the preparation for different company related activities such as but not limited to Company Outing, Sportsfest, Christmas Party and likes with the participation of the Family Welfare Committee.
b. Initiates and recommends a monthly motivational activities that promotes employee engagement and camaraderie.
c. Facilitate the monthly Birthday Salo-salo activities.
11. Ensures that all related documents are in accordance with ISO standards.
12. Facilitate employees’ resignation/separation related documentation and processing
