HR Supervisor - Compensation & Benefits

Job description
To undertake, manage and coordinate key administrative human resources activities relating to employee benefits, providing support to all PRC employees while liaising with internal departments and external organizations.
Benefits Communication
  • Provide information and guidance to employees regarding available benefits provided by the Organization
  • Act as liaison between employees and external groups providing benefits – HMO and Government mandated agencies
  • Assist and provide guidance to employees completing applications and/or filing claims.
Benefits Administration
  • Act as Liason to Government mandated agencies.
  • Remittance of Contributions and Loans of Social Obligations (GSIS, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH) to Accredited Collecting Agents through Digibanker and over the counter.
  • Prepare and submit GSIS ARA for new hires, resigned, retired employees, employees with adjustments/corrections.
  • Process GSIS claims, loans, retirement
  • Validation of GSIS billings with payroll file
  • Summarizes GSIS weekly billings for payroll deductions
  • Prepare report for payroll deduction for the month.
  • Validate applications from employees applying for benefits (Loans, Maternity, Sickness, Retirement) before submitting the request to the relevant organizations (GSIS, SSS, PHIC and PAG-IBIG)
  • Facilitate update information and data communicated to Government mandated agencies (GSIS, SSS, PHIC, HDMF) on behalf of employees including new hires, salary
  • updates, position changes, marital status change, resignation, retirement, termination and/or death
  • Prepare correspondence to Government mandated for issues and concerns.
  • Validate SSS Maternity and Sickness benefit advance payment to qualified employee/s accessing the benefit.
  • Facilitate certification of Contributions and other documents for employees not qualified accessing the benefit.
  • Preparation of SSS remittance list of Contributions and Loans extracted from payroll.
  • Preparation of SSS PRN and RTL prior to Remittance.
  • Validation of list for PHILHEALTH AND PAG IBIG Premium prior to Remittance.
Earned Leaves Processing
  • Facilitate request of employees for monetization of earned leaves
  • Facilitate earned leave requests
  • Answer employee queries regarding leaves
  • Facilitate process and track sick and vacation leave
Other HR related work
  • Assist the Human Resources Director and wider Human Resources team for special projects, events and assignments as required.
