Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
• Work experience in different facets of HRAD in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
• With extensive knowledge in Compensation & Benefits.
• Has the ability to apply effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill.
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and multiple tasks.
• Strong live facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
