JOB SUMMARY:
As an integral member of the Internal Audit Team, Internal Audit Assistant will support the Internal Audit Assistant will support the Internal Audit Assistant Manager in maintaining the compliance of EPMI in J-SOX, Data Privacy Act & Accounting Standards. Performs periodic audit testing and ensures non-compliances are timely reported and remediated.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts CSA testing and JSOX audit to ensure EPMI has and adequate internal control environment.
• Monitors timely reporting and resolution of non-compliance incidence.
• Provides recommendation in clear and appropriate manner.
• Ensure key controls are effective, operating and recorded accurately.
• Proactively supports and attends to all internal and external audit.
• Reviews and maintains accurate process and control documentation by ensuring that flowcharts and process documentations are up-to-date.
• Ensures that policies and procedures save in the JSOX intra-net are ever green.
• Assist immediate superior in the implementation of Data Privacy Act.
• When necessary, contribute to the successful implementation of new processes.
• Provides guidance to control operator in the performance of their control.
• Participates in all meetings and trainings as required.
• Plans and organizes own time effectively - hits deadlines.
• Religiously abide company policy and procedure.
• Investigation and reporting work as required by the immediate superior.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course
• Preferably CPA Board passer but not required
• Atleast 2-3 years relevant working experience in internal audit environment preferably from a manufacturing setting.
• With background in SAP or other ERP system.

Competencies and Knowledge

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office most especially Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
• Good organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Observant and proactive
• Good accounting skills
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Condition

• Works longer hour or extended hours but only when needed and necessary.
• Required to be on site or in the production area when conducting audit where exposure to chemicals is possible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
