Responsibilities:
· Attend request that come through users according to priority.
· Assist on system concerns when needed.
· Provide first and second level of support for users
· Accurately assign and prioritize the request as required.
· Creating tickets and assigned to correct team for proper handling
· Respond to the request promptly and analyze their requirements and concerns.
· Effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop laptop mobile devices printer scanners video conferencing 0365 and teams, business application software telecommunication issues and network issues
· Use all available tools resources and knowledge base to diagnose the issue and assist the request
· Provide IT support remotely and onsite to resolve the request to the end user’s satisfaction
· Escalate through the connect channels as required
· Document the processes and procedures used to resolve the incident
· Populate the knowledge base for future reference
· Ensure the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality are always maintained and practices are in line with relevant legislation.
· As when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management.
Qualifications:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in IT customer support, system administration, or management of physical and logical security systems. Skills in systems security or administration, troubleshooting, cloud support, and operating systems are also useful.
* Knows how to demonstrate the ability to function, structure, operate, file manage, install, configure/upgrade, manage memory, and diagnose and troubleshoot operating systems and hardware (including motherboards, processors, and printers).

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
