Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems. This role ensures efficient system performance, scalability, and security while managing a team to support operational excellence and innovation in cloud technologies.  
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor system health and performance, and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure and systems management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalen
• Strong experience in Server, Network and Security Administration 
• Experience in server, network & computer hardware support and troubleshooting 
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure (i.e. O365, Azure AD, Azure AD connect, etc.) 
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management tools and processes 
• Working knowledge of voice/ telecommunication systems (i.e. PBX, IP telephony, etc.) 
• Understanding of monitoring tools available to measure the infrastructure performance for capacity management, troubleshooting and analysis and reports generation 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud computing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with network administration, security protocols, and system performance optimization.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python,]Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
