IT | Network and System Administrator

Responsible for the design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of Server infrastructure, WANs/LANs, network hardware & software and security infrastructure. 
Primary responsibilities:

Closely monitors reliability of organization’s IT infrastructure (Server/Network) and telecommunications.
Plans, coordinates and implements measures to safeguard/protect servers/network from any security threats.
Administer servers, routers, switches, firewalls, telephony, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Ensures that Citadel Group complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security and privacy.
Coordinates the end-to-end performance of services delivered by the Global Data Centre.
Ensures optimum utilization of servers, network, and other technical resources.
Actively participates in the Service review and Postmortem process for any severities and major incidents.
Conduct changes on the existing server/network infrastructure in compliance with the change management process
Provide reports needed to be submitted to the management on a regular basis showcasing the infrastructure performance
Act as L2/L3 support for the Infra team and resolves tickets within the agreed SLAs
Actively participate on IT&D projects and coordinate with the project management team
Ensure compliance on Infosec policies and standards for servers, network devices, reports, and IT processes
Actively participate on Internal and external audits for the different Op Cos

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent; Microsoft and/or CISCO certification preferred
Strong experience in Server, Network and Security Administration 
Experience in server, network & computer hardware support and troubleshooting 
Knowledge on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure (i.e. O365, Azure AD, Azure AD connect, etc.) 
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management tools and processes 
Working knowledge of voice/ telecommunication systems (i.e. PBX, IP telephony, etc.) 
Understanding of monitoring tools available to measure the infrastructure performance for capacity management, troubleshooting and analysis and reports generation 
Experience on Internal and External audits (i.e ISO27001, PCI-DSS, etc.)
