Duties and Responsibilities
1.Ensures continous compliance to Quality Assurance, Environment, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
2. Review the implementation and efficiency inspection systems related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety
3. Facilitate internal audits and other quality assurance, environment, health and safety activities.
4. Lead the investigation of customer complaints, safety incidents, and non-conformance issues related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety.
5. Implement and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
6. Document reports and communicate outcomes of activities related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, and security.
7. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by customers and government agencies.
8. Conduct quality, food safety, environment, and health and safety – related trainings to internal staff, clients, and internal service providers
Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, and security management systems.
2. Sound experience in quality, food safety, environmental, health and safety, security management systems
3. Preferably, a certified Internal Auditor of any ISO Management System
4. With experience in facilitating quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, security trainings
5. Trained Safety Officer 3
6. College Graduate
7. With 3-5 years relevant experience
8. Accredited PCO
